expectations, here are the essential details regarding our return and exchange
policies to assist you promptly.

Returning an Item

We operate on a 30-day return
policy. To facilitate a refund or exchange, kindly notify us promptly if an
item doesn’t meet your expectations. Beyond 30 days post-purchase, regrettably,
we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

For returns within 30 days:

The item must remain unused and
in its original packaging.

Initiate a return by contacting
us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via phone or by filling
out the form at https://csd-electronics.ca/submit-ticket/, mentioning
“RMA” in the subject line.

An RMA signifies approval for
inspection and processing; it isn’t a shipping label. Customers are responsible
for purchasing a shipping label to return items.

Ensure to include the receipt or
proof of purchase with your return.

Refunding a Purchase

Upon receiving and inspecting the
returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund
within a reasonable time frame, typically within 14 days of receipt.

Approved refunds will be credited
back to your original payment method.

For Orders Paid via PayPal

A non-refundable 5% PayPal fee
will be deducted from your refund, as PayPal retains this fee on refunds.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee is
applicable on all returns.

Shipping Charges

Buyers are responsible for both
outbound and return shipping charges.

Undelivered Refunds

If notified of an approved refund
but haven’t received it, check your bank account, contact your credit card
company, and subsequently, your bank to resolve any potential delays. Should
issues persist, please reach out to us for assistance.

Refund Policy on Sale Items

Refunds are only applicable to
regular-priced items; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanging an Item

To facilitate an exchange, visit
our store or use our “Submit Ticket” form to obtain an RMA number for
efficient processing.

cover shipping costs. For non-defective item returns or exchanges, customers
